To ensure seamless and reliable delivery transactions, all drivers are required to use Shipday a Proof of Delivery (POD) app. This app enables drivers to confirm delivery status, capture electronic signatures, and take photo evidence as proof of delivery.

How does it work?

Please download the appropriate app version for your device.

Log In credentials

Prior to the delivery, we will provide you with login credentials via email for your driver to access the app. These credentials will enable the driver to log in and view the preloaded delivery information.

Startpoint (Picked-Up)

After logging into the app, the driver will mark the order as “Picked Up.” This indicates that the products have been collected and the delivery will commence from either your designated location or your company's address.

On the Way

Before beginning your delivery, please click "Mark as On the Way" to update the delivery status. Once this step is completed, you may proceed to the designated drop-off location.

Proof of Delivery

Upon arrival at the delivery location, click "Mark as Complete" in the app. Next, select "Take Proof of Delivery" (this step is MANDATORY to confirm the delivery). You will be prompted to "Add Signature" and "Add Image." Hand your device to the recipient to capture their signature. Then, click "Add Image" to take a clear photo showing the delivered goods. Finally, select "Completed" to finish the delivery process.
